- This blog serves the Los Angeles foodie community. I am a lover of good food, but certainly not a culinary expert. I like what I like and will provide a truthful assessment of the food at the LA hotspots and old favorites. But my focus will be on front of the house service. Regardless of the talent of the chef, a restaurant will only survive by providing an enjoyable dining experience.
